The whole Bish and Jen situation is thrown into the mix too, which just causes more complications! He needed to give Maggie a break and just realize that she and Caleb are always going to be together. Her life is difficult enough without him making her feel guilty for imprinting with his cousin! I liked Bish but he was way to overprotective. I like that we got to know the other characters a little better but Kyle and Bish certainly got on my nerves in this book! Kyle just needed to let it go and get over Maggie. I loved Caleb in this book just as much as the last! He was still the sweet, protective, loving guy as in Significance and will do anything for Maggie’s happiness and with his love and support, Maggie becomes an even stronger person! They struggle to be a normal couple and to get to know one another better while dealing with the problems that are thrown at them.
She and Caleb face many new challenges but they do so together with complete faith in one another. Maggie is still in danger because of the Watsons, but a new discovery comes to light that changes everything for the Aces. In this book you follow Maggie and Caleb as their relationship continues to grow even more and you see Maggie come to terms with a destiny she didn’t plan for. This was an excellent sequel to Significance! It picked up right were it left off and continued the breathtaking series. Caleb and Maggie face many new obstacles together and fight to work through them but will one that should be a good thing be too much for Maggie to handle? Bish went from being her biggest supporter to her biggest pain in the butt and Kyle’s intentions to attract her interest may not be so innocent. She rebels against it, but ultimately, must face it for her new families sake and maybe even her life.
In the sequel, Maggie learns much more about all the strange things that happened to her, and has to face new ones.
